Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for supporting Israel through your purchase from our online store. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it in exchange for a different item or a full store credit. If there was a problem with your order that was our fault, we'll make it right. Keep reading for the details of our policy for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

If your product arrived broken or damaged:

We thoroughly check all our inventory before shipping, but sometimes thing can be damaged in transit. If you have a product that arrived broken or damaged in a significant way, please click here to file a damaged product claim. We will send you a replacement free of charge. Please note, our customer support team may ask you to provide proof of the damage.

If the item that arrived damaged was a clearance item and is no longer in stock, we will offer you the following options:

  • Keep the product and receive a partial refund
  • Send the product back to us and receive a full refund (we pay for shipping)

If we accidentally sent you the wrong product or the wrong size/color:

If we accidentally sent you something different than what you ordered, please click here to let us know. We'll get the correct product on the way to you right away. We'll also send you a pre-paid return shipping label to send the incorrect product back to our store.

If the product you ordered was a clearance item and is no longer in stock, we'll issue a full refund back to your card and you can keep the product that we sent you by mistake.


If you decide you want to exchange your product for a different size or color:

We're happy to accommodate size or color swaps at no extra charge. We never charge any restocking fees. However, please note that you will need to pay for the return shipping cost of the original product as well as the shipping cost for us to send you the new product. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Please note: you must request your size/color swap within 14 days of the date your package was delivered.

If you are unhappy with your product for any reason whatsoever:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any product for any reason and receive a full store credit (minus shipping and handling). Your store credit will be issued once we receive the item and it will be sent to you by e-mail. Store credits are valid for 1 year after the date they are issued.

To be eligible for a full store credit, you must:

  • submit your return request within 90 days of the date your order was placed
  • return the product to us in a new and unused condition
  • pay for the return shipping cost (we strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return)

We do not accept returns if more than 90 days have passed since the date you placed your order.
